Problem statements

  • Iran Khodro's current website was not suitable in terms of user interface experience and design and did not meet the needs of the audience.
  • There was a significant demand for comprehensive vehicle details and high-quality car photos on the IKCO website. Customers required these features to facilitate comparison and make informed decisions when choosing a vehicle.
  • Building trust is one of the most challenging tasks for IKCO website. Most people will be skeptical and find it difficult to take that final plunge. There is currently a lack of a profile and exact location on a map for dealers. Adding a small profile of the dealership, its history, key people, and accomplishments are all great ways to build a great rapport with any visitor to ikco website.

What we did

  • Conducted user interviews to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the current website, gathering valuable insights into user interactions and preferences. Utilized the feedback to inform user-centric design decisions, resulting in an improved and more user-friendly website. (User journey map)
  • Identifying competitors and analyzing their strengths and weaknesses can provide valuable insights to help refine your own business strategy. Therefore, we have initiated a commercial benchmarking process to identify competitors, assess their weaknesses, and understand their strengths. (Competitive analysis)
  • We created a user flow by visually mapping the user’s journey through a product or website, identifying touchpoints and potential pain points, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience based on user goals and behaviors. (Make a user flow)
  • We created a wire frame concise in communicating the layout and functionality of ourproject without getting into specific design details. (Wire Framing)
  • To start with a high-quality design, we created a unified system design in line with Iran Khodro’s brand identity. (Design System)
  • Finally, having completed all the necessary steps, we proceeded with the design of the user interface. (User Interface Design)
